Terms of service.

01The agreement.

These terms govern trypluribus.com, the Pluribus workspace, and the hosted services the ComfyUI plugin connects to. By creating an account, pairing the plugin, or accepting an invitation, you agree to them. If you use Pluribus for a company, you are agreeing on its behalf.

Pluribus is an early-access product. Features change, and a signed pilot or partnership agreement supersedes these terms wherever the two conflict.

02What Pluribus is, and is not.

Pluribus shows the people and named references a creative workflow touches, helps you ask those people to confirm, and keeps a record of the terms they accept. Those records are evidence for your review process.

They are not legal advice, and Pluribus does not make legal determinations. A confirmation is that person’s response to the scope they were shown. It is not a guarantee of clearance and not a substitute for your own counsel. The review reads supported workflow structure; optional portrait analysis proposes similar appearances for a producer to confirm, but it does not establish legal identity or guarantee that every rendered person is found. Final decisions about what ships stay with you and your legal team.

03Accounts.

Keep your sign-in method secure and your account information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account and for who you invite into your workspace. Tell security@trypluribus.com immediately if you believe your account is compromised.

04Your content.

You own what you upload: briefs, rosters, campaign materials, workflow metadata. You give us the limited license needed to store and process it to run the service, as described in the privacy policy, and nothing more. We do not sell it or use it to train models.

You are responsible for having the right to share what you upload, especially other people’s names, contact details, and materials. Do not enter someone’s information to request their consent unless you have a legitimate production reason to contact them.

05Consent records belong to everyone in them.

When someone accepts or declines an invitation, that record is shared evidence between your workspace and that person. Records are written through the product’s own audited flows and are not edited after the fact. If you close your account, records that document another person’s consent decision may be retained so their evidence does not disappear with you.

06Acceptable use.

Do not use Pluribus to:

• Impersonate anyone, or request consent on behalf of a production that does not exist.
• Create records intended to misrepresent whether or what someone consented to.
• Harvest, scrape, or catalog likeness material or personal information.
• Probe, bypass, or interfere with security or other tenants’ data.
• Break the law, or push content through the service that does.

07The plugin is open source.

The ComfyUI plugin is licensed under GPL-3.0; its license governs your use of that code. These terms govern the hosted services the plugin talks to.

08Fees.

The plugin is free. Hosted services are free during early access; if that changes, pricing will be explicit before you owe anything, and pilot engagements are priced in their own agreements.

09Disclaimers and limits.

Pluribus is provided as-is during early access, without warranties of uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or complete detection. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the greater of what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred US dollars.

10Ending things.

You can stop using Pluribus at any time and ask privacy@trypluribus.com to delete your data, subject to the shared-records rule above. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, and will say why unless the law prevents it.

11Changes and contact.

When these terms change materially, we will update this page and its date. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions or notices: legal@trypluribus.com.
